Custom builders continue work on multi-million-dollar estates in Woodforest(Montgomery, TX – September 2009)

Already an award-winner, the 5,961-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, five full baths and three half baths, a downstairs media room, an upstairs game room and two libraries. As in several of the other homes, the media room is located downstairs and has the added convenience of a wet bar. A raised game room is upstairs. The home also has five bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths, a three-car garage and a two-car porte-cochere. Ready in October, it is priced at $1.66 million.
Woodforest has two custom neighborhoods in Phase 1 development, Elk Reserve, with 24 homesites staged around two lakes, and Elk Trace, with 32 homesites averaging 130 by 330 feet.
