Now open: Lily Pad Spray Park!

A good breakfast, packed snacks and lunches, a couple of towels and then it's off to Lily Pad Spray Park for a few hours of fun running through fountains, chasing shooting water and laughing with friends. The park has plenty to keep kids of all ages busy, with a main section that includes a "creek" surrounded by wet areas with fountains and other spray elements that shoot water up to 10 feet. A log footbridge crosses the stream leading to the Frog Pond, suited for children ages 3 and younger. Bronze frogs gently shoot water, inviting children to reach out and touch. A third area, which is apart from the main spray park, features fantastic flower and leaf sculptures with embedded spray elements.

Nestled among more than 40 existing oak trees, the park also has a shade pavilion that provides a cool place for parents to watch their children or families to break for lunch.

Other elements of the park include an open play area with picnic tables and restrooms. Boulders, log footbridges, paving that resembles a dirt path and a wooden boardwalk all add to the park's natural ambiance.
