By the end of 2008, 240 homesites in the first phase of development are scheduled for completion, with Conroe home builders starting model home and inventory home construction. Prospective buyers will enjoy pre-grand opening incentives in spring 2009. The entire development has a 10-year build-out.

What is the status of Fish Creek Thoroughfare?

Fish Creek Thoroughfare will be a major roadway through this Houston master-planned community - a north-south roadway connecting FM 2854 and FM 1488, both of which provide access to Interstate 45. Fish Creek Thoroughfare also will feed into FM 2978, providing access to Woodlands Parkway and FM 2920, two more routes accessing Interstate 45. Fish Creek Thoroughfare is currently under construction and expected to open in spring 2009.
